 Qualifications / Work Environment

  • Drug-Free Workplace: We conduct drug screenings and random tests before and during employment.
  • Background Checks: Many customers have background requirements that we’ve set our hiring criteria to match.
  • Driver’s Licenses: Most positions are required to drive company vehicles, and maintain valid driver’s licenses and acceptable driving records. We regularly run motor vehicle reports.
  • Variable Scheduling: To meet customer demands, we work based on their schedule, which require occasional work shifts to include night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • On-Call Rotation: In addition to the work schedule, employees in most departments work an on-call rotation and must be available during this period.
  • Travel: Positions in some departments require travel and overnight stays out of town to customer sites. Per diem, lodging, and transportation are all covered by Hill Services.

Lining Technician

The Lining Technician performs no-dig construction rehabilitation processes. This position works in commercial, industrial and manufacturing, nuclear plants, and government facilities.

PLUMBING APPRENTICE

The Plumbing Apprentice works with Plumbers to service plumbing systems in commercial and industrial customers in the Memphis, TN metro area.

Plumber

The Plumber successfully services plumbing systems for commercial and industrial customers in the Memphis, TN regional area.

HVAC Technician

The HVAC Technician successfully services, repairs, and replaces commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment in the Memphis, TN regional area.

Industrial Services CDL Operator

The Industrial Services CDL Operator is responsible for the tasks associated with hazardous waste clean-up, site-remediation, equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials.

Industrial Services Technician

The Industrial Services Technician is responsible for the tasks associated with hazardous waste clean-up, site-remediation, equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials.
